What are your office hours?

Our Ithaca location hours are from Monday - Thursday 7:30a - 6:00p and Friday 8:00a - 1:00p. Our Freeville location office hours are: Monday/Wednesday 7:30a-3:30p, Tuesday 12:00p-6:00p, Thursday closed, Fridays from 7:30a - 6:00p.

How do I schedule an appointment?

You can schedule an appointment by calling our Ithaca office at (607) 272 - 9937 or our Freeville office at (607) 844 - 3440. You also have the option to schedule with us via email. Please allow between 24 and 48hrs for email responses.

How long will it take to get an appointment at your office?

We typically have availability within 24-48hrs per patient request.

What do I need to bring to my first appointment?

When you come to your appointment, we ask that you please bring your insurance card, prescription/referral from doctor (if applicable), and patient intake forms. If your injury is related to Workman's Compensation or No Fault, we ask that you please bring that information as well.

How do I complete patient forms?

Patient forms can be found in our 'Patient Information' tabs as PDF files. Please print and fill out the forms before coming to our office for your first appointment. If you prefer to fill out the forms at our office, please come 15min prior to your appointment time so that you have time to complete them before your appointment begins.

How long will my appointment last?

If it is your first visit with us, anticipate being here for about an hour. Follow-up appointments are scheduled for 30min, unless otherwise stated by your therapist, but tend to average around 45min depending on the patients tolerance to treatment.

What is your policy regarding co-pays, etc?

All co-payments,co-insurances, deductibles, and non-covered services are expected to be paid at the time of service unless other arrangements are made. If you have further questions, please see our financial policy which can be found in our "Patient Forms" tab or contact one of our offices.

What if I have questions about billing?

Billing questions can be answered by our practice manager, Jolene. You can call the Ithaca location at (607) 272-9937 from Monday - Thursday from 8:00a - 3:30p.

Do I have to pay at the time of my appointment?

Payments are expected to be made at time of visit. If you are experiencing financial diffculties, we offer a customized, non-interest payment plan to suit our patients' financial needs. Please contact one of our offices to address any questions or concerns.

Does your office accept credit cards?

We currently accept all major credit cards.

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?

If you know you need to cancel and/or reschedule, we ask that you do so as soon as possible by calling our office. If we are away from the phone, please leave a voicemail and we will return your call as soon as possible. We do have a 24 hour cancelation/reschedule policy. If canceling or rescheduling (including no shows) there is a $25 fee per occurance.
